Located in San Juan and with Ocean Park Beach reachable within 300 metres, La Botanica Hotel provides a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a terrace. What an oasis! The hotel has only about 8 rooms and once you enter the front door, you feel like in a different world with plants, flowers, smells, … They offer yoga every morning and Ayurvedic breakfast (it was included) which is cooked freshly and beautifully presented. At night you come back from the city and feel like in a jungle, with the sounds from Coqui frogs, pretty lights in the trees, perfect to calm down and relax. We had a great outdoor shower, everything was very very clean and well maintained (not only our apartment/ balcony but the whole hotel). Our apartment could only be reached via a spiral staircase, a bit challenging with a suitcase, but the lady at the reception immediately helped us both at checkin and checkout - she just carried it up/down for us. The stay was an amazing experience in itself - we would come back!

Conveniently situated in the Santurce district of San Juan, Trópica Beach Hotel is located 200 metres from Ocean Park Beach, 1.2 km from Condado Beach and 2.2 km from Punta Las Marias. This hotel is so exceptional that we have chosen to return on the way back from Culebra. Remarkably friendly staff who helped us in times of difficulties (flight delays, etc), very good quality Dulce Salado restaurant, great beach in 5 mins walk - what else one can dream of!

Fantastic hotel with a peaceful, clean, friendly atmosphere. The staff here cannot be surpassed. Went above and beyond to help us recover a lost passport when we accidentally dropped it in a taxi! Amazing, vibrant local neighborhood with great restaurants and helpful suggestions, again from the staff.

Set in the Ocean Park neighborhood, block away from the beach and minutes from Old San Juan, this hotel features the oceanfront Uwa Restaurant and free Wi-Fi in the public areas. Very clean room. Friendly staff always willing to help. Food was excellent. 10 feet from the ocean. Nice stay. Will definitly come back.

Offering sea views, Cozy Beach Apartment is an accommodation set in San Juan, a few steps from Punta Las Marias and 1.2 km from Isla Verde. Big livingroom with all the facilities and equipment you need. In a quitet and lovely area, we felt so safe here. Short walk to the beach and restaurants.

A recently renovated property, N1 Condos is located in San Juan near Ocean Park Beach, Condado Beach and Museum of Art of Puerto Rico. Everything! It was such a great condo, it was clean, had comfortable beds, great showers and ultimately was some of the best rest I've gotten in a long time.

Boasting sea views, Alejandra features accommodation with a private beach area, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre, around 300 metres from Punta Las Marias. Everything with Carla was perfect! The apartment was super clean, there were plenty of breakfast supplies and a very good coffee maker. The rooms were spacious and the beds were high quality; my husband and I slept comfortably in he master bedroom which has it's own bathroom, the kids and my dad in other room and sofa bed, which was firm and nice as well. The condo has a nice swimming pool for the kids (and adults :-)) to enjoy, the beach is 100 meters away and there are many restaurants and shops at a walking distance. There's a private and protected parking spot as well. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to San Juan! Thank you, Carla!

Situated in San Juan, near Ocean Park Beach and Punta Las Marias, HOUS - Ocean Park - Pool - Sunset Lounge is a recently renovated property, featuring, an outdoor swimming pool and terrace. I love that it was a gated area, I felt safe and it was so calm! I loved that it had a balcony and space for us to just sit back and relax! I love that it had a pool, it was nice and clean! I would definitely go back.

A recently renovated apartment in San Juan and within 600 metres of Ocean Park Beach, DUNA by DW features an outdoor swimming pool, comfortable allergy-free rooms and free WiFi. We basically loved everything about it, the room had everything we needed for our stay and was beautifully decorated. We would definitely be coming back.
