Thank you Sherika for your excellent customer service. Very nice that you remembered that the Gazebo was my favorite place :). So tranquil and peaceful. The place has a high standard and is suitable for families, solo travelers, and couples. Everyone was very attentive. Didn't get her name but I reported a minor issue, she didn't call maintenance she troubleshoot and sorted the problem. Again thank you housekeeping. Overall, cleaniness, hospitality, food, comfort, and value for money are 10/10. Any issues just say it and it's sorted. Overall, I stayed at 5 hotels and Cardiff twice...

Big Up to Patrick that works as the Security at the front gate..You looked out for me my entire stay there. You greeted me every morning & every time u saw me.I've told my friends & the cyber world to give you a shout out wherever they visit Altamont or if pass by the Altamont to greet you & to tell them Keisha sent you. Should to the amazing ladies that works at the check in, you ladies are very accommodating & friendly. Shout out to the all the dinning room Servers & Cooks in the back. (Thank you Marcia ) To all the Staff that I came across You made my stay a very enjoyable one. It is a beautiful small hotel with direct access to the sea. Another beach is easily accessible on foot. Violet the hostess is an incredibly nice person. I really appreciated their caring attitude, especially as a solo traveler. In the lower part there is a restaurant where you can eat something at any time. I can only recommend this place!
