Hotel in Port Antonio
Situated in Port Antonio, 800 metres from Long Bay Beach, Jamaica Colors Hotel and Eco-Retreat features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge.... My experience at this facility with my family was exceptional. I have since requested a similar bed so that I can replicate how comfortable I slept. The staff was professional and polite. We are already planning to return later this year. On our way out we followed direction and walked down the foot trail to the sea.. it's a MUST see when you visit...and off course we did enjoy a double serving of calaloo and fry fritters

Located on Jamaica’s San San Estate, this tropical retreat lies on the beautiful shores of the Caribbean Sea. It features a spa, an on-site recording studio and a restaurant. Everything! The setting of this hotel was so beautiful. The staff were amazing and so accommodating even prior to our check in. We had difficulty in getting transportation from our bus terminal to the hotel and when I explained this, they organised everything and were able to add it to our bill. Food and cocktails were great, rooms were so comfortable and well decorated. There was plenty to do within the hotel even when it was raining, we could have spent all our time in the hotel! Private beach area with water sports and a great guide once you take the steps down!

The room we initially stayed in was beautiful but it was on the ground floor, after the first night of three we cheekily asked for an upstairs room and within half an hour we got the top floor, best view room... Room 11. Stunning views, accommodating staff, breakfast was delicious and different every morning. Cannot brag more!

It's very undulating. Great for walking, running or cycling. You might even spot some of Portland's road cycling team en route. There are many taxi's, the staff will recommend some if you don't have a rental vehicle. The beach is nearby as is the Rio Grande which can be viewed from the resort.
picture perfect caribbean: lush vegetation, light sandy beaches, turquoise seas. given how dependent the area is on tourism, there is some hassling of tourists and this was the only place i felt a tiny bit uncomfortable as a solo female. you really need a car to enjoy all portland has to offer, imo, so i'd really urge you to hire one. if not, you're going to shell out a lot in transportation fees.
Portland very beautiful and green. The blue lagoon was awesome. Anna bananas a good chill spot
The scenery was great ..good food at the Portland jerk center and the people are very friendly
Portland is beautiful and upscale! You can find many places to stop on your way to your destination and they will all be fantastic. From beaches like Winnifred to rivers to restaurants and bars like Aston Grill and Wine Bar. The roads are smooth and getting around by public transport is fairly easy. Of course the beautiful waters make for great snorkeling, diving, sailing, rafting and swimming adventures like swimming across the blue lagoon. Portland is one of my fav parishes in Jamaica to travel.
The breakfast was exceptional and our waitress Lorise was super, it was four of us and we could not have asked for more. Value for money was a wow 10 out of 10 excellent. This was my second trip to Portland Parish and the first for the others. This is a hotel worth visiting anytime. I have never slept on a round bed before, I really like the uniqueness of this. Quiet and peaceful in paradise. The garden , the flowers , wow. We will be back and we will be taking others with us.
Port Antonio
Wonderful and accommodating hosts! The apartment exceeded my expectations. Excellent location in Portland with easy access off the main road. The villa is done to perfection with great attention to detail and more! Very safe and secure site. Excellent value!!! My favorite stay for 2024! Very close to rafting on the RIO Grande and a short distance to Somerset Falls and Likkle Portie. Cookshop is close by.... This is definitely my first choice for a Portland Stay! ♡♡♡

Port Antonio
Honestly, I loved everything. Tan Tan, Ms Carmen and Sala are amazing hosts, and made me feel like family. They are very attentive and honest people who offer a lovely Portland, Jamaica experience.
The location is in a very green area of Portland suitable for relaxation.
Lovely hidden location up in the hills above Long Bay beach which is a lovely little coconut tree lined beach. From Long Bay you can take a route taxi for 300 per person to the many sights on the road to Port Antonio including Blue Lagoon, Boston Jerk Centre and the beautiful Frenchman’s Cove. We organised a driver through the hotel to take us on some day tours which were unmissable experiences. The rooms all have balconies looking over the ocean, they’re spacious and a lot better than the photos indicate. But the highlight of Pimento Lodge are Lloyd and Kate who are wonderful hosts. Warm hospitality and wonderful home cooking for breakfast and dinner each day.
Everything - the place is unbelievable
Amazing vila, really cool host! Clean like in europe. Good food.
